Participants will learn the fundamentals of scene safety, how to assess a situation, and simple steps to support someone experiencing injuries or sudden illness. Topics may include bleeding control, treating minor injuries, recognizing signs of shock, responding to choking, and an overview of CPR concepts and techniques.
